Three Asgent Security Products Adopted for SOMPO Risk Management Security Service

  Asgent, Inc. (JASDAQ: 4288, President & CEO: Takahiro Sugimoto, located in Chuo-ku, Tokyo), a pioneer in network security and operations management solutions,announces that security products sold by Asgent have been adopted for the security strengthening/countermeasure category service provided by SOMPO Risk Management (President & CEO: Yasushi Fuse, located in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo).

[SOMPO Risk Management´s Cyber Security Business]
  SOMPO Risk Management began providing cyber security business primarily in the Tokyo region in January 2018. In order to strengthen the ecosystem that forms the foundation of the service offering, together with promoting strategic alliances with companies that possess global standard technical prowess, deep experience and a strong track record, SOMPO Holdings created the SOMPO Digital Lab in Tokyo, Silicon Valley and Israel to take on state of the art technology both domestically and abroad. In addition, together with expanding the service lineup in October, the area to which the service is provided has also been expanded.

  Together with SOMPO Risk Management’s security service expansion, the following three products will be newly provided.

Next generation endpoint anti-malware "Deep Instinct"
The first NGEPP (Next Generation Endpoint Protection) product to utilize deep learning that uses neural networks to detect threats before damage occurs. By using a predictive module that has learnt repeatedly with deep learning technology and millions of malware samples, it is possible to detect and block in real-time unknown malware before they are executed.

Business Email Compromise product "IRONSCALES"
Along with using machine learning to detect advanced spoofed e-mails aimed at individuals, phishing e-mail information is shared among the organization, and it is possible to quarantine these e-mails from the mailbox.

Web Isolation "Symantec Web Isolation"
Web content is downloaded on behalf of the user and rendered in a secure container, allowing both Web server applications and clients to be protected.
