■ Regarding Corporate Education
The Personal Information Protection Act was promulgated in April 2005 to stem the increase of “personal information leaks” and other such incidents. As a result, corporations face the need to implement internal security and management structures that will ensure the safety of both personal information and confidential information related to trading partners, based on CSR*1. This has lead to an increase in attention given to information security training for corporate employees.
It is well known that these types of security incidents prove damaging to corporations long term. The protection of personal and confidential information should not be left up entirely to information security experts, as employees should understand their role and responsibilities and act upon these on a daily basis.
■ Product Features
Designed with corporate-wide security training implementation in mind, it is possible to easily maintain a grasp of employees’ training status without the need to introduce an eLearning System (LMS)*2.
By providing security education tailored to employee job function, awareness of security concerns can be promoted among employees, and security managers can improve their own skills, leading to rapid decision making and problem solving.
