Asgent Receives “2013 Best Achievement Distributor” Award from Check Point for Largest Contribution to 2013 Sales

Asgent, Inc. (President & CEO: Takahiro Sugimoto, located in Chuo-ku, Tokyo), a pioneer in network security and operations management solutions, received the “2013 Best Achievement Distributor” award from Check Point Software Technologies (Japan) Ltd. (President: Shoichi Hori, located in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) at the “Check Point Partner Forum 2014” held on April 16.

【Best Achievement Distributor Award】

This award is given to the distributor who contributed the most to Check Point sales. This is the seventh straight time Asgent has received this award since 2007, and the eleventh in total.

From inception, Asgent has worked, as a Check Point distributor, to lead the market in providing enhanced support and technical services including integration services and 24/7 onsite maintenance support alongside sales of Check Point products. This technical strength and attention to detail with regards to support issue has led to many companies including enterprises to deploy Check Point products, and to Asgent receiving this award.

Asgent also provides the “SecurityPlus ™ Managed Security Service”, which performs 24/7 operational monitoring of Check Point UTM products and provides the end user with both a detailed report of any security incident that may occur as well as the highest quality security countermeasures at a reasonable price, and which is used by customers who want to either strengthen their security but do not have specialist personnel, or those users who want to perform security operations without placing any burden on their internal resources.

Asgent will continue to positively strengthen and expand sales of Check Point products.
